How we make your Migration
a Success

1. Analysis

 

During the analysis phase, we examine what is currently running on your integration platform. This is an automated data collection process. Based on this data, we generate reports that allow us to make a technical assessment. 

If desired, we can also perform a functional analysis to determine which interfaces are (still) necessary. 

In the final phase, we can take a broader look at the entire integration landscape, providing you with an optimization proposal and helping you develop an integration strategy for the coming years.

 

2. Preparation

 

After the analysis, we move on to the next phase. We set up the necessary components to connect to the new platform. Our suite of professional tools is also installed, which you can continue to use after the migration. 

The collected data is incorporated into a project plan. Depending on the agreed approach, test data is gathered, and processes are documented. 

If applicable, we also contact relevant partners to adjust the necessary connections. 

3. Execution

The Proclus team begins the final migration. After a thorough briefing with the project manager, we start moving your integrations one by one to the new platform, testing them rigorously before making them available for a final User Acceptance Test (UAT). 

Once the UAT is completed, we carefully bring your new platform into production. The Proclus Group team monitors your environments to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. 

4. Training

Training doesn't fit into just one phase. Proclus Group understands that in-depth knowledge of your systems is essential for you and your business. From analysis to evaluation, we coach your integration team and users—explaining how the Integration Suite works and providing hands-on training. 

We offer not only a basic course on operating the system but also insights into functionalities specific to your company. 

5. Post-Production Phase

Once the new system is running stably in your environment, your team takes control. Any outstanding issues are addressed by our most experienced consultants. We collaborate on new tasks to ensure that no incorrect implementation choices are made. 

 

6. Follow-Up

After three months, we schedule a short evaluation to assess how the new system is performing and whether everything is running smoothly as before. Any feedback is handled pragmatically and followed up accordingly.
